Join our team and help bring community events to life! We’re seeking an Events Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple public assembly venues, support special events, and ensure exceptional experiences for visitors, partners, and clients.
In this role, you’ll coordinate event logistics, manage private rentals, build community partnerships, and guide a team of staff—all while contributing to creative programs and revenue-generating initiatives. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to directly impact community engagement and venue success.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee event operations across multiple facilities
Plan, supervise, and execute public and private events
Lead, evaluate, and support staff in daily activities
Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations
Support development of new programs and revenue opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships
Work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Parks & Recreation, Facility/Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of event, facility, or recreation management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple venues and projects simultaneously
CPR/First Aid and forklift certifications (or ability to obtain)
Valid Florida driver’s license
FEMA ICS certifications (to be completed within 12 months)
