Rentals Assistant

Position Overview:
The Rentals Coordinator Assistant supports the coordination, planning, and execution of private rentals and special events at Flamingo Gardens. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on creating seamless, memorable experiences for guests. Responsibilities include client communication, event assistance, and hands-on involvement in event setup and cleanup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and overall execution
- Support staffing coordination and vendor management
- Communicate with clients to ensure excellent customer service
- Ensure all event areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times
- Assist with logistics for private events, corporate functions, and holiday rentals
- Collaborate with other Events Department teams to support park-wide programming
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
- Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plus
- Must be available someevenings and weekends
- Over18 with a Valid Florida Driver's License & able to pass a basic backgroud check
